Hi everyone! What better way to start than by posting about my trip to the snow this year! Little back story, I've been planning and dreaming on this trip for years now. I've only been to Big Bear once and it was with my family when I was 18. It was a last minute trip so we were not prepared. Fast forward 4 years later, I knew what to expect. Even though it was a last minute trip planned due to different schedules and rescheduling because of our jobs, we made it happen! I went online looking for hotels to stay near The Village and something that was in our budget. We stayed at The Village Lakeside Inn and booked it through Booking.com. We were there from Friday Night-Sunday and I can't wait to go back. Overall we had an amazing trip and I documented as much as I could to share with you all. Don't let the snow fool you, it was a pretty warm day and I decided to grab some Gelato over at The Village Sweet Shoppe! Let me tell you, this is a MUST if you've visiting. It's sooooo delicious and the lady there was so sweet. Their pricing starts at $3.75 for a small cup which was perfect for my sister, boyfriend, and I(as shown below). This was our last day at Big Bear and we decided to take advantage and enjoy it one last day meanwhile there was traffic. I went with Cookies & Cream which was super delicious. Since the previous night I didn't get to stop by at Saucy Mama's we went before leaving. There is always a wait time but we went at a perfect time so we only waited 20 minutes! We got a small Cesar salad and medium size pizza. It was so delicious and HIGHLY recommend for everyone to visit this place! In the meantime I was strolling around different stores and checking some clothing out!
